1 Egg
1/4 Cup Milk
3 Tbs sugar (for Cobbler)

Fold the egg/milk into the dry ingredients and mix until combined but still lumpy.
Spoon over cobbler or pot pie filling.
I remember making this with Crisco. And the way Mom taught me to make it, we used what we called a tablespoon, but it was in the drawer with the other silverware & it wasn't a measuring spoon. So I guess it was a serving spoon. I also didn't put sugar or an egg in it. I'm pretty sure it was just flour, salt, crisco and milk. In other words, biscuit dough!
